Products Application
Sunset Yellow is a water-soluble azo pigment. After long-term drug trials, it has been deemed highly safe and is widely permitted for use worldwide. It can be used for coloring in foods, drugs and cosmetics. It can be used in fruit-flavored water, fruit-flavored powder, fruit juice, soda, mixed drinks, candies, pastries, piping decorations, red and green threads, canned foods, concentrated fruit juices, green plums, flavored yogurt beverages, shrimp flakes, candy coatings. The addition and usage scope of "Sunset Yellow" does not include raw and fresh meat, or cooked meat products.
Limit of use: For fruit (flavored) beverages, carbonated beverages, fortified wines, candies, pastries with colored decorations, canned watermelon sauce, green plums, yogurt drinks, plant protein beverages, shrimp (flavored) flakes, the maximum usage amount is 0.10g/kg;
For candy coating, red and green threads, the maximum usage amount is 0.20g/kg;
For ice cream, the maximum usage amount is 0.09g/kg;
