Products Description

Goulv is a water-soluble dark green powder dye that is colored and water-soluble. It is easily soluble in water and slightly soluble in alcohols. It is resistant to light, heat, and alkalinity, and has stable color. It is widely used in food coloring, with the main component being Acidic Vivid Green SF. The structural formula of Goulv contains a stable benzene ring structure that is not easily biodegraded in water; in addition, it also contains a coloring group with carbon-nitrogen double bonds, resulting in a high color intensity in wastewater. Due to the high color intensity, high concentration, and low m(BOD5)/m(CODcr) ratio of the wastewater, which is difficult to be biodegraded, it is one of the more difficult-to-treat wastewater. Many scholars have carried out fruitful research on the mechanism of Fenton reagent oxidation of organic substances and its application in the treatment of low-concentration organic wastewater. However, there is less research on high-concentration, high-color, and difficult-to-biodegrade dye wastewater. This paper studies the treatment of high-concentration, high-color, and difficult-to-biodegrade Goulv dye wastewater with Fenton reagent to improve its biodegradability, create conditions for subsequent treatment of the wastewater, and ultimately provide reference and theoretical basis for the comprehensive treatment of organic wastewater containing benzene ring structures, reducing environmental pollution.
